The flight date change conditions are determined by Vietnam Airlines depending on the class.
Vietnam Airlines’ conditions for rescheduling will depend on the class of your seat you selected. Specifically:
Flexible Business (J, C)

Economy Class Promo (D, I )
+ Change of flight date and time: Allowed + charge 300.00 VNĐ/ person
+ Change of flight itinerary: Allowed + charge 300.000 VNĐ/person
Flexible Economy Class (Y,B,M,S)
+ Change of flight date and time: FREE (Except for Lunar New Year). On Lunar New Year, if you change the flight date and time, it will not be free but will be charge 300.000 VNĐ/person (if the change time is before the flight departure date on the ticket) and the fee will be 600.000 VNĐ/person (if the time changes on/ after the departure date of the flight on the ticket).
+ Change of flight itinerary: a charge of flight itinerary will be applied: On normal days, the fee changes 300.000 VNĐ/person + price difference/ person during Lunar New Year.
Standard Economy ( K,L,Q,N,R,T)
+ Change of flight date and time: Allowed + charge 300.00 VNĐ/ person (if the change time is before the flight departure date on the ticket). The fee will be 600.000 VNĐ/person (if the time changes on/ after the departure date of the flight).
+ Change of flight itinerary: Allowed + charge 300.00 VNĐ/ person (if the change time is before the flight departure date on the ticket). The fee will be 600.000 VNĐ/person (if the time changes on/ after the departure date of the flight).
Promo Economy (A, E, P)
+ Change of flight date and time: Allowed + charge 600.00 VNĐ/ person (if the change time is before the flight departure date on the ticket). On/ After the flight departure date indicated on the ticket you will NOT be allowed to change the flight date and time.
+ Change of flight itinerary: Allowed + charge 600.00 VNĐ/ person (if the change time is before the flight departure date on the ticket). On/ After the flight departure date indicated on the ticket you will NOT be allowed to change the flight date and time.

- Late arrivals, late check – in:

- Refund/ Cancel ticket:
Please contact directly to the place where the ticket has been booked, which can be the representative offices, agents, and ticket offices of Bamboo Airways if you have any reason to not continue the flight or refund/ cancel ticket.
Bamboo Airways applies refund for ticket class Bamboo Business. Refund is not applicable for Bamboo Plus and Bamboo Eco.
To refund / cancel tickets, passengers are required to provide booking information such as flight ticket number, itinerary, full name, date of flight… in the form to email 19001166@bambooairways.com. Used to buy tickets, or contact the nearest Bamboo Airways branch / ticket office for assistance.
Customer refund or cancel tickets will pay a fee of 300.000 VND/ person. Route ( excluding VAT), particularly during the peak period, there will bee fee off 450.000 VND/ person, there will be a fee of 450.000 VND / person / route ( VAT excluded). The refund amount will be transferred to the account / card used when buying tickets.
