- Understand about online tours and services, guide and support for price staff, program and contact, or customer service.
- Plan to expand the market, find new customers through various information sources.

- Develop training programs for employees about the company’s products, divide markets for employees of the Department.
- Develop business plans and goals for each week, month and year.
- Direct contact and consultation for large potential customers.
- Check, sign for confirmation on the tour price sheet of your room sales staff before submitting to the Board of Directors
- Training staff how to understand the internal regulations of the Company culture, products and services to best serve the job and the company.
- Complete the plan of sales targets of individuals as well as general sales of the entire department set out.
- Perform other tasks under the assignment of the Board of Directors.

- Bachelor’s degree in university and college, specialized in tourism and travel, hotel, marketing, business administration.
- Having experience of 3 years or more in the same field.

- Fluent, friendly, easy to hear, accurate pronunciation, good looking appearance
- English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

- Find new customers from advertising channels and loyal customers from the company.
- Receiving information, customer needs, consulting tour program for customers, designing tour program.
- Calculate tour prices, do contracts, liquidate contracts for guests
- Customer status update reports, customer reviews
- Coordination in organizing programs: Team – Events – Tour
- Make weekly and monthly work plans to submit to the head of the sales department for approval. Follow the approved plan
- Update work knowledge through work, read books about business and marketing.
- Understand the customer contact process and deploy flexibly to specific customers.
